Crispy Honey Dijon Chicken
The savory mustard blended with the sweetness of honey makes this crispy, crumb-coated chicken a delicious main course you’ll serve again and again.
Ingredients:
1 cup dry bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions:
Place crumbs into a shallow bowl.
Flatten each chicken breast to 1/2-in. thickness
Blend mustard with honey and brush onto chicken.
Coat chicken with crumbs.
Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Drizzle with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
