Easy Corn Chowder


Creamy corn chowder is a tasty comfort food! This version tastes like it's been simmering all day on the stove, but takes less than 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

4 slices ready to serve bacon

1 (10 ¾ oz.) can cream of potato soup

1 cup milk

1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel sweet corn

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Oyster crackers, optional

Instructions:

Heat the bacon for 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave; set aside.

Mix the cream of potato soup, milk, corn, salt, and pepper together in a sauce pan.

Break up bacon into small pieces and stir it into the sauce pan.

Heat for 5 minutes or until the soup reaches a simmer.

Serve with the oyster crackers, optional.
