Chorizo (or Sausage), Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Bread

Perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients:

2 cans of Grand biscuits (or 3 cans regular biscuits) 8 eggs Splash of milk Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste 1 pound chorizo (or sausage) 1 cup of shredded cheese (your choice, cheddar or mexican is best!)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cook the chorizo (or sausage) in a skillet and drain well.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add the splash of milk, salt and pepper.

Slice the biscuits into 6 pieces each. (If using regular biscuits, cut into quarters)

Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In batches, dip the biscuits into the egg mixture and place in a bundt pan.

You will want to layer in biscuits, chorizo (or sausage), cheese. Pour a little bit of the egg in each layer. I did 2 layers of all. Then I added a final 3rd layer of just biscuits.

Pour any leftover egg mixture on top.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Serve immediately!
