Meat Marinade (Beef or Chicken)
This marinade is great on chicken and beef. It was a last minute decision to use on petite sirloin steaks and only had time to marinate for 1 hour, but the meat was so full of flavor.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoons sugar 2 Tablesspoons vinegar 1 clove garlic minced or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a ziplock bag.
Add meat to bag and marinate for 1-24 hours in the refrigerator prior to cooking.
