Stained Glass Jello
Everyone Will Love This Unique Stained Glass Jell-o Treat! This dessert mixes together all your favorite flavors into one rainbow wiggly brick that you and the kids will love!
There's even a version for those of you wanting red, white, and blue for 4th of July celebrations!
Ingredients:
4 small boxes of Jell-o, different colors (or for red, white & blue - 2 of each: red and blue)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
6 cups water
Directions:
Dissolve each of your Jell-o flavors into their own container into one cup of boiling water.
Chill them all overnight .
Slice up the solidified Jell-o into small squares (approx. 1/2").
Spread the squares into a large container, gently mixing the colors around.
Mix both envelopes of the unflavored gelatin into 2 cups of hot water and stir.
Pour in condensed milk and whisk together.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water and let it sit for 3 minutes. After the gelatin blooms, add 1 1/2 cup boiling water and stir to dissolve. Stir in the can of condensed milk. Then refrigerate mixture for 20-30 minutes until cooled. Pour the mixture over the cubed Jell-o so they are all covered.
Chill overnight.
Cut it up into squares and enjoy!
