Garlic Parsley Red Potatoes
These potatoes will make a great side dish for many different meals

Ingredients:
5 – 6 red potatoes, unpeeled
4 Tablespoons (1/4 cup) butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon garlic salt
1 Tablespoon parsley flakes
Instructions:
Cut red potatoes into approx. 1 ½” - 2” cubes.
In a medium saucepan, boil potatoes for 10 – 15 minutes until done, but firm.
Place potatoes in strainer to remove water and return to pan.
Add butter, pepper, garlic salt, and parsley. Mix well until potatoes completely coated.
Serve immediately.
