Baked Honey Garlic Chicken
Need an easy dinner tonight? This super-simple recipes glazes chicken breasts in a delicious sauce of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lime.
This recipe was officially voted "the BEST chicken recipe I've ever made"...and we eat a lot of chicken!
Ingredients:
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. sriracha
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Scallions, for garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and let cook until golden, 4 minutes, then flip and let cook 4 minutes more.
While chicken in cooking in skillet, make glaze: In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, Sriracha, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, and cornstarch.
Add chicken to baking pan. Pour 3/4 of glaze over chicken.
Bake in oven until chicken is cooked through, 20 - 25 minutes.
Spoon remaining glaze over chicken. Cook additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving, if desired.
