Ambrosia Salad


This recipe fills a 3 quart trifle dessert bowl (as pictured)

Ingredients:

2 (15 oz.) cans fruit cocktail (with extra cherries, if available)

1 (15 oz.) mandarin oranges

1 (15 oz.) crushed pineapple

1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed

1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows

1 cup chopped walnuts

2 cups sweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

Drain the liquid from all the cans of fruit.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Chill for 1 – 2 hours before serving for best results.
