Bourbon Steaks

Ingredients:
1/2 cup bourbon (like Jack Daniel’s)
1 cup Coca Cola
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tablespoons Shiracha
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 Ribeye Steaks (or steaks of your choice, mine is Ribeye)
Instructions:
Whisk together all of the marinade ingredients.
Place the marinade in a zipper-top bag with the steaks and massage to coat.
Place the steaks in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight
About 30 minutes before cooking, remove the steaks from the refrigerator to bring them closer to room temperature.
Preheat the grill to medium heat and cook to desired temperature or if like thick steaks like I do without over / under cooking, use this method for perfect steaks:
Place on baking sheet for 10 min. (med rare) - 20 min.(medium).
Transfer steaks to grill or skillet (grill is best).
Cook for 2 min. on each side.
Serve immediately.
