Herb Butter Ribeye


You will never need steak sauce again!

These were the most tender, delicious steaks ever…and I have paid good money trying steaks at some of the best restaurants.

This recipe is per steak, so increase as needed for number of guests.

Ingredients:

1 thick (3/4” – 1”) Ribeye steak

2 Tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon thyme (I prefer ground thyme, but either will work)

1/2 teaspoon rosemary, optional (I do not use for personal preference)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix butter and seasonings in a bowl.

Spread butter mixture over both sides steak.

Place on baking sheet for 10 (med rare) - 20 min.(medium).

Transfer steaks to grill or skillet (grill is best).

Cook for 2 min. on each side.

Serve immediately.
